Fluorescent Brightener ER-I (FBA199)

Fluorescent Brightener ER-I, other name FBA199, C.I.199, OBA 199, optical brightening agent ER-I, 1,4-bis (2-cyanostyryl) benzene, CAS NO. 13001-38-2, belonging to the type of stilbene, is easily soluble in a variety of organic solvents. ER-I is the textile fluorescent whitening agent  commonly used in printing and dyeing industry.  The light fastness class of fluorescent brightener ER-I is S with good washing fastness. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I FBA 199 mainly used as textile auxiliary optical brightener for textile for polyester, acetate fiber, nylon and other whitening, no degradation is dip dyeing or pad dyeing, can get better whiteness. The effect of low temperature adsorption and fixation on white polyester fiber is also good.

Fluorescent Brightener ER-I, FBA199, is suitable for whitening and brightening of polyester fiber. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I also has good whitening effect on polycarbonate, polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastics products.

3. Fluorescent Brightener ER-I (FBA199) Usage

The fluorescent brightener ER-I (FBA199) is added to the mixer together with polyester chips and other textile additives. The recommended dosage of fluorescent brightener ER-I is 0.02-0.08% (in proportion to the weight of polyester). The specific dosage can be fully mixed and homogenized at 50-150 °C according to the whiteness of the finished product.
